South Oceanside

We love South O, where quaint bungalows are mixed with upgraded estates on tree-lined streets just steps from the sand. Known as one of the last affordable beach towns in North County, this area is a wonderful place to start a family, retire, and enjoy all the stages of life.  Not only is the beach a walkable distance, but residents can also stroll to the vibrant restaurant scene on Coast Highway as well where there's a surplus of trendy restaurants, boutique stores, local breweries, and more. Ride a bike to the pier or harbor, plus freeway access is excellent – wow!
