For backstory, our sellers were the original owners, buying the brand new model home in 2004. Ten years later in 2014 we tried to sell it at $1,400,000 but no takers - people couldn't get past the smoke stack ruining the 180-degree panoramic views! Our sellers decided to rent it out instead and we advised them to rent it as is and do any renovations and tune-ups when they were about to sell.
Here we are over ten years later and it was time to sell.
