In spite of mortgage rates rising and sales plunging, we had a great 2023!
We had three more sales than we did last year and 73% of our listings closed for list price or higher.
It's not a friendly environment for casual players, but for those buyers and sellers who need to move, next year should be fruitful. It's all about finding the perfect home now, with buyers holding out for the very best fit. But when they see it, they come running - usually with loads of cash! Almost half of the recent north-coastal home sales were all-cash purchases.
We are grateful for the faith and confidence our clients have placed with us this year and all years prior, and we appreciate the opportunity to help people navigate these turbulent times.
